The young lady explained what she was going to do upon arrival after looking over the situation. She then went about her task and when through she came in and explained what I should look for, how long to avoid the area, and if I saw more activity, I should call and they would return and retreat for the yellowjackets. All in all, I have to say she was a very good ambassador for SureShot as my questions were answered and options explained.
